This is a summary only. Our full Terms & Conditions form part of your agreement with us and should be read before accepting your Statement of Work.
Scope of services
We’ll deliver the services agreed in your Statement of Work (SoW) with reasonable care and skill. If the scope needs to change, we’ll agree any changes and additional costs with you.
Your responsibilities
To help us deliver the work effectively, you’ll need to provide the information, access, permissions and materials that we and our freelancers reasonably need. Delays in receiving these may affect agreed timelines.
Fees & payment
Your fees and invoicing arrangements will be set out in your SoW. Fees exclude VAT unless otherwise stated, and invoices are payable within 30 days, unless we’ve agreed different terms with you.
Working with our freelancer network
Our services are delivered through Interim Digital and our network of independent freelance specialists. Freelancers introduced through Interim Digital cannot be engaged directly without our prior written consent.
If you recruit an Interim freelancer into a permanent role during an engagement or within six months of it ending, a recruitment fee may apply in accordance with our full Terms & Conditions.
Paid media & budget management
Where we’re supporting paid media activity, we carry out due diligence to ensure our freelancers have appropriate budget-tracking processes in place.
You’ll remain responsible for ensuring your own budget management processes, oversight and systems are suitable, and that relevant information and access are provided to the freelancer. Full details are included in our Terms & Conditions.
Timelines & changes
We’ll use reasonable endeavours to meet the timings agreed in your SoW. If circumstances outside either party’s control affect delivery, we’ll work with you to minimise the impact.
Data protection
We take the protection of personal data seriously and will only process information as reasonably required to provide our services, in accordance with our full Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance
When you accept your Statement of Work, you’re also accepting our full Terms & Conditions. Together, your SoW and our Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Interim Digital.
