Our insurance client had a complex lead generation journey: customers submitted an enquiry, moved into a third-party quote system, and then into the CRM. Somewhere along the way, data was getting lost or misaligned, leading to significant disparities between their CRM, quote system, and Google tools. This inconsistency made it impossible for them to understand the true value of their leads or confidently allocate marketing spend.
