The client’s website was nearly ready to launch, but there was uncertainty around which locations and products should take priority within the site structure, and how to align the sitemap to maximise commercial opportunities. The development team and client needed clarity on what the UK conveyancing and house-buying audience was actually searching for, and how that translated into a clear, effective site structure.
Without this, they risked launching a site that wasn’t aligned to user needs or search demand, limiting its visibility and revenue potential from the outset. They needed someone who could independently conduct comprehensive UK-wide keyword research, identify which cities and services had the most opportunity, and translate these insights into a clear roadmap that the development team could easily action while giving the client confidence in their investment.

We carried out in-depth UK keyword and competitor research to pinpoint exactly what potential customers were searching for across different locations and services. This research informed a clear, prioritised sitemap and landing page strategy, ensuring the website would be optimised for user needs and search visibility from launch.
